At Moxie Vinyls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective sleeves and accessories are included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned vinyl, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
